Pumpkin Hunting

This weekend, my husband and I attempted to go pumpkin picking, or as I say, pumpkin hunting. I had heard the hurricane wrecked havoc on pumpkin crops this year, and that was absolutely the truth. We couldn’t even find one halfway decent pumpkin….they were all rotting and decomposing…craziness! We then tried to look through the bins of the prepicked pumpkins, and they were all green…not cool. We ended up just buying one at the local grocery store instead…which I’m totally against, but I had to suck it up and deal with it 😉
It is finally getting a bit cooler, so I decided to wear my J Crew sweater that was sent to me by the awesome Suddenlee and my latest Ann Taylor Outlet find, this fab herringbone scarf.
Speaking of Suddenlee, I just wanted to let you know that they have now expanded their service to the southeast and midwest, so definitely hit them up if you are looking for an item that you can’t find. If you remember, they were able to locate a Zara dress and my Zara pink blazer that were both impossible to find…they are the greatest! For those of you that haven’t heard, Suddenlee allows you to order from multiple stores at once, with personal shoppers going out to hunt for your items. They then deliver your items either the next day or in two days, depending on your location.
