Ladybug Shirt and Teal Pencil Skirt

Even though bugs completely gross me out in real life, there is something fun about them on clothing or accessories.  I was immediately drawn to Gap’s ladybug print in green and teal, and originally ordered it as a dress.  However, I wasn’t loving it on me, and luckily they ended up having it in a ladybug shirt as well, which worked out much better.

The next What I Wore to Work linkup will be held this Thursday, March 21st.  Details can be found at the bottom of this post.  I can’t wait to see what you all are wearing!

Hahaha, bugs really gross me out too and I have a sixth sense when detecting their presence. Love your shirt and I wouldn’t mind having in my closet, though I might freak out every once in a while.

I LOVE ladybugs (in theory – but like you hate bugs in real life, ha)….so naturally I think this outfit is awesome!! Okay – this is a legitimate question – do you wear something under your skirts (like a spanx or something?) to smooth out your shirts/sweaters? You never look “bunchy,” for lack of a better word, when you tuck things in. I hope that’s not TMI, haha.

I spy my favorite skirt again;) This is such a fun look! I know this sounds weird but I feel like I just don’t look good in button downs but I’m always envious of your great shirts haha.

Love this. Ladybugs (and polka dots and lace) are kinda my thing. Too bad I spent all my spring $$ before I saw these new prints. I’m loving the navy. Great post!
