Steal A Moment for Yourself

As I’m sure you can all relate to, life is super hectic. For me, balancing two jobs, two dogs, working out, spending time with my husband, family and friends, all while trying to keep up with the chores of everyday life can be a challenge. It always seems as though there isn’t enough time in the day to get it all done!

As crazy as life can be, I wouldn’t change a thing. I have to remember it is important to steal a moment for myself whenever possible. My 30-minute workouts allow me to do this and leave me feeling healthy and accomplished. I also love taking some time to read a book, blog, or magazine. There is nothing better than getting cozy under a blanket on the couch with quality reading material and a refreshing beverage. My favorite go-to beverage for this purpose is fruitwater. It tastes delicious and has zero calories…I love knowing having a tasty treat isn’t undoing my hard work at the gym!

    Good for you for taking time to take care of yourself. No matter what, I always find an hour to do the same. 6 days a week. There’s no way to keep any sort of balance (well, that does not exist for me, but I’d be even crazier) if I do not take care of myself. xoxo
