Chartreuse Sweater

When I first saw this chartreuse sweater, I couldn’t decide if I loved or hated the color.  It was unique enough that I was intrigued and decided to try it on.  My sister was with me, and we both agreed that it was fun and a great transition piece for the (hopefully) upcoming warmer weather.  Here, I’ve layered it with a striped top for extra warmth.

Love, love, love this! I’m going to Loft on Friday to try to find it in store! This color has always made me happy, especially paired with leopard!

BTW Tara, are you still doing the 21 day fix? I’m thinking of ordering the program because I can’t seem to shed my extra weight. I think I eat well, but I don’t work out every day. I know with the fix, you do 30 min each day. How’s that going? You look great!

I am always drawn to colours like this and then wonder if it is too bright. It works so well here as it is toned down by the black and the stripes also soften the impact.

The stripes paired with a bright color is such a great choice, it adds some extra visual interest without overwhelming the outfit. Love it!
